IMPACT is the acronym for Innovative Melt Pressure ACcurate Transducer, an innovative technology for measuring the pressure of high-temperature fluids.

Answer:

  • IMPACT series with 4-20mA electrical or 3.33mV/V non-amplified outputs, modular mechanics and external digital Autozero function
  • IMPACT series for potentially explosive atmospheres (IX series), with 4-20mA electrical outputs, T4-T5-T6 temperature classes, output with K-type thermocouple

  • the 1.5 mm thick 15-5PH steel contact diaphragm ensures greater durability: sensor life at least 3 times longer than Melt pressure sensors made with traditional filling technology
  • the special GTP coating on the contact diaphragm reduces machine downtime costs
  • Impact sensors are easy to install thanks to modular (electronics detachable from rigid rod) and completely floating mechanics that reduce maintenance time
